Feature — Google Calendar

Your bookings, synced with Google Calendar automatically

Every confirmed booking appears in your business Google Calendar or the assigned employee's calendar. If you block a slot in Calendar, it stops being offered to customers — no middleware, no Zapier.

How it works

How do you activate the sync?

  1. Connect your Google account

From the dashboard you authorize access to your Google Calendar with one click (Google's secure OAuth). You can disconnect the integration at any time.

  2. Choose which calendar to use

You can use your main calendar or create a dedicated bookings calendar (recommended). Each employee can have their own if your business has independent schedules.

  3. Two-way sync

Every confirmed booking is created as a Google Calendar event. If you block time directly in Calendar (lunch, meeting, day off), the system respects it and stops showing that slot to customers.

  4. Changes and cancellations reflected instantly

If the customer cancels or reschedules from their link, the Calendar event updates automatically. Zero double-work between the dashboard and your calendar.

Why it matters

Why it helps day to day

No double calendar

The system and your personal calendar are always in sync. No more double-booking because your calendar and the system don't match.

One-click blocks

Need two hours for a meeting or an emergency? Block it in Google Calendar and that availability disappears from your public booking page automatically.

Native view on your phone

Bookings live in the Google Calendar app you already use. Native notifications and agenda view on your usual screen.

Multi-employee, multi-calendar

Each stylist, dentist, or doctor with their own Google Calendar connected. The system writes to the right employee's calendar without you configuring it each time.

Preguntas frecuentes

Frequently asked questions — Google Calendar

Do I need Google Workspace or will a personal Gmail work?
Either works: free personal Gmail or a Google Workspace account. What matters is that you have a Google Calendar to connect to.
Is the sync real-time?
Yes. Every booking, change, or cancellation is reflected in both directions in under 5 seconds.
What information is synced to the Calendar event?
Customer name, service or table, start and end time, internal notes, and a link to open the booking in the dashboard. No unnecessary sensitive data is synced.
Can I disconnect the integration?
Yes, from the dashboard at any time. Existing events stay in your Calendar and new bookings stop syncing until you reconnect.
Does it work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Currently only Google Calendar. If you need Outlook or iCal, write to us — it's under evaluation for future releases.
