How do you connect and use it?

  1. Connect your number with a QR code

    From the dashboard you scan a QR code (similar to linking WhatsApp Web). The system connects to your current number — no need to buy a new one.

  2. Configure which messages go out automatically

    Choose which events trigger a message: booking confirmation, 24h reminder, 2h reminder, order being prepared, order ready, order on its way. On/off per event.

  3. Customize the templates

    Each message has an editable template with variables: {customer}, {date}, {time}, {service}, {cancel_link}. Adapt the tone to your business without touching code.

  4. Messages come from your number, not an anonymous bot

    Your customers receive messages from the WhatsApp number they already use to talk to you. They keep the history and recognize the sender.

Do I need WhatsApp Business or will a personal account work?
Either works. WhatsApp Business gives a better experience (business profile, labels), but it's not required. What matters is a number dedicated to your business.
Is this the official WhatsApp Cloud API?
The standard connection is via QR code, the same way you link WhatsApp Web — quick to set up, no Meta paperwork. If you need the official Cloud API, write to us.
What happens if WhatsApp disconnects?
The dashboard shows the connection status and emails you if it drops. Reconnecting is just scanning the QR again. Confirmations continue by email while disconnected.
Can I turn off WhatsApp and use only email?
Yes. The integration is optional. If you only want email confirmations, don't connect WhatsApp and the system works the same way.
Do customers need to have me saved as a contact?
No. The customer's number is captured at booking; the system sends messages to that number. No saved contact needed.
